-Hold candle at an angle while lighting

-Burn on a level, heat resistant surface away from children, animals, drafts and flammable objects.

-Do not leave a burning candle unattended.

-Glass can be hot while lit or while cooling, do not touch the glass.

-Keep melted wax pool free of debris and wood wick trimmings.

-Burn candles in a well ventilated room. Keep burn time no more than 4 hours.

-Do not extinguish candles with water.

-If smoking occurs, extinguish candle, trim wick and relight.

-Handle glass vessels with care. If the jar is broken, chipped or cracked, discontinue use.

-Discontinue burning once 1/2" of wax remains.

- Always burn them on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable like drapes.

- Keep them out of reach of children and pets, and avoid touching the hot wax. 

-Please use them carefully, as The Diya Co cannot be held responsible for any misuse or negligence.

- For optimal performance, we suggest burning your candle for 2-3 hours at a time to prevent overheating the glass or wax "tunneling." Remember that wax has a memory, so allow it to melt to the edge each time you light it. To prevent overheating the glass, limit the burning time.

- Avoid burning your candle all the way down to the glass. We recommend stopping when only ¼ inch of wax remains.

- Store your soap on a well draining dish & keep it dry between uses

- Use with a cotton wash cloth or loofah to extend the life of your soap

- Store any unused bars in a cool, dry place
